    xbox consoles Buying xbox one with broken motherboard

    Guys, I have a question. A friend of mine has Xbox one, but with a failed motherboard. So, I am wondering how hard would it be to order a new motherboard and replace it by myself? I can get a motherboard on eBay for around $60, but is it hard to change it?
