
Following last week’s hotfix for Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, a subsequent patch has been pushed through, fixing a handful of bugs and glitches, further improving the gameplay experience.
Announced through Spirits Unleashed‘s various social media feeds, the update is listed as hotfix 1.5.2, and while not nearly as extensive as last week’s update, it does manage to remedy a few game breakers, including one that would cause the player to be unable to use particular gear and gadgets.

As pulled from the official Spirits Unleashed website, grab the full patch notes below:
- Addressed several issues that were causing certain gadgets and gear to not function properly when round cycling
- Addressed an issue where the player would sometimes encounter an infinite loading screen after skipping certain parts of the tutorial
- Fixed an issue where certain contract completion XP rewards being awarded properly
- Fixed an issue where Rifts that are hidden in certain objects will respawn in a different location when the object is destroyed
In other Ghostbusters game news, as reported yesterday, the PS4 release of 2019’s Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered will be available to all PlayStation Plus Premium members beginning May 16th. Being listed under the “Classics” catalog, the update will also include Syphon Filter: Logan’s Shadow (PS4, PS5), Blade Dancer: Lineage of Light (PS4, PS5), and Pursuit Force (PS4, PS5), in addition to nearly 30 other titles available to Plus Extra members.
